JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:

• C reates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount.

• Acts as a role model and coaches while fostering teamwork, employee morale, motivation and open communication.
• Heavy interaction with third party technical staffing company and employees. Communicates routinely regarding issues and concerns.
• Knowledge of state gaming laws and regulations, ensures compliance with MLGCA Regulations, Internal Controls and company policies & procedures.
• Responsible for efficient operation, repair of all peripheral equipment and gaming equipment as is applicable within VLT Department.
• Proficient in running and analyzing Slot Floor Data System reports.
• Responsible for maintaining, planning, and execution of all slot floor projects, database and all related regulatory documentation, as required.
• Three (3) years Casino Experience and One (1) year Technical Experience.
• Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office products, knowledge of Novell, GroupWise, and LSI Smart Slot System.
• Must be able to obtain and keep a License issued by the Maryland State Lottery Agency required of all Gaming Establishment employees. #oceandowns
