Summary

Staging Coordinator will be responsible for receiving, staging and testing all equipment in preparation for installation. They are also responsible for ensuring all staged and tested equipment is accounted for and shipped to the appropriate destination in a timely manner.
Responsibilities

The Staging Coordinator at TRUNO will:

• Coordinate with warehouse to inventory, receive and store equipment awaiting staging.
• Organize, stage, test and document all equipment in preparation of installation.
• Manage all setup/staging inventory and supplies (receive, label, document and store).
• Coordinate with warehouse to ship staged equipment to arrive before installation.
• Help ensure we exceed our customers' needs and expectations.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

Qualifications

A Setup Technician at TRUNO should have:

Education

High School diploma or equivalent (required)

Experience

• Familiarity with computers and basic office equipment (required)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (required)
• Experience in general retail, grocery and/or foodservice industries (preferred)
• Familiarity with networking (preferred)

• Basic computer skills (required)
• Dress professionally and appropriately (required)
• Excellent oral and written communication (required)
• Ability to think, learn, and solve problems quickly (required)
