Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP Commission Technology Architect who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Role: SAP Commission Technology Architect

Job Level: Senior Manager

Location: Onsite / Charlotte, NC

Duration: Full Time only - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

The annual salary for this position is between $138,000/Year to $162,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a Sr. Technology Architect with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Commissions Data Integration SAP Commissions Reports and SAP Commissions Configuration. Experience in the Wireless and Networks domain is a plus. The role involves designing and implementing technology solutions that align with business objectives ensuring high performance and scalability.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP Commissions solutions to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the integration of SAP Commissions Data with other enterprise systems.
• Provide technical expertise in SAP Commissions Reports to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Configure SAP Commissions to optimize performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for SAP Commissions solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in technology architecture.
• Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical skills.
• Participate in project planning and provide technical input to project timelines and deliverables.
• Evaluate new technologies and tools to improve existing systems and processes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
• Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency.

Role Qualifications:

• Possess extensive experience in SAP Commissions Data Integration SAP Commissions Reports and SAP Commissions Configuration.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Have a background in Wireless and Networks domain is a plus.
• Show proficiency in technical documentation and system auditing.
• Display the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.

Certifications Required

SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Commissions TOGAF Certified
