Be part of a FUN, energetic team that creates "Custom T-Shirts & More" . Big Frog is looking for an individual with an engaging personality to add to the team. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service. Every customer is valued, whether they need 1 shirt or 500 shirts! Our small store works closely with the community, local businesses and schools to create personalized t-shirts (polos, sweatshirts, tote bags & more!).

The ideal candidate is customer-focused and is willing to work hard to ensure customer satisfaction. He or she must be highly organized and detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience working with Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDraw is necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintains clean, organized work areas and securely stores equipment and supplies
• Effectively communicates with customers via phone, email and in-store interactions
• Generates estimates and invoices and fulfills on-time orders per customer specification
• Manages incoming inventory
• Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED required; some post high school education or training preferred
• One year of relevant experience
• Pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality
• Highly professional and dependable
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding phone skills
• Working knowledge of applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDraw
• Must be able to lift no less than 40 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the workday
• Must be available to work Saturdays and some holidays
