The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to join their team. This role is pivotal in improving strategic alignment and communications within the leadership team and across the organization. The successful candidate will be a proactive and highly organized professional, serving as a strategic thought partner and trusted confidante to the CEO. Responsibilities include enhancing CEO efficiency, managing company OKRs, facilitating leadership offsites, and ensuring the completion of key company initiatives. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in holding leadership accountable, resolving blockers, and driving company-wide projects. The role demands a results-driven individual with a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with C-suite executives. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have 5-10+ years of professional experience, with a preference for those holding an MBA or with equivalent experience. A background in management consulting or strategic roles within high-growth SaaS startups is also desirable. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for the PR or media industry, high emotional intelligence, and natural leadership skills. Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive, problem-solving approach are essential. The role requires a trustworthy and reliable team player who is comfortable operating behind the scenes and is available to work EST hours with a willingness to travel on short notice.
