About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the Superintendent of Schools to serve as a pivotal strategic advisor and manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective execution of the Superintendent's vision and priorities by coordinating and aligning district initiatives, managing key projects, and facilitating communication among the Superintendent's office, cabinet administration, and various stakeholders. This role involves strategic planning and implementation, project management, communication and coordination, policy and program development, administrative support, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in education, public administration, business administration, or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred, and appropriate state licensing. A minimum of 7-10 years' of experience in education administration, public administration, or a related field is required, with a proven track record in strategic planning, project management, and policy development. Experience in a school district or educational environment is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to think and act both strategically and analytically. Integrity, trust, collaboration, and a commitment to education are essential personal attributes for this role.
