Job Description
This opening is available to December 2024 and May 2025 college graduates seeking full-time employment as a Finance Foundation Program (FFP) Participant with Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation (Cat Financial) in Nashville, Tennessee.
The Finance Foundation Program (FFP) is a leadership development program for recent college graduates that provides exposure to different areas of Caterpillar Financial's core business. the Financial Products Division (FPD). Participants receive a high degree of management focus and deliberate assignment placement during their four years in the program.
Program participants will partake in four, 1-year intentional placements, including assignments in customer-facing, origination, credit, and specialty roles. These assignments include but are not limited to: Credit, Customer Accounts/Relations, Insurance, Lease Services, Sales Support, and Treasury. The objective of this program is to provide broad business experience, so participants can take on future leadership, senior, or field sales roles with the company.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Required Qualifications
•Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale at the time of application. Must maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA through graduation
•Completed a bachelor's degree in related field
•Completion of basic accounting classes
•Domestic Mobility
•Authorized to work in U.S.
Desired Qualifications
•Ability to work independently, as well as with other employees and customers
•Knowledge of and ability to apply statistical analysis skills to measure, analyze and improve service
•Ability to utilize office software systems and prepare documents, reports, spreadsheets and graphics
•Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
•Bi-lingual skills a plus
